Loka Made Presentation Feedback

Hi Group, thank you for your presentation on Loka Made. Overall, this is a good presentation with clear research, good analysis, and a visually clean slide direction. The slide design is minimal and clear, which helps with readability and presentation flow. The overall look also matches Loka Made’s creative, cultural, and illustration-based identity quite well.

Your brand introduction is clear, especially in explaining Loka Made as a Malaysian creative brand that combines local culture, illustration, retail, tourism, and imagination. The explanation of the brand’s background, products, campaigns, and values shows that your group understands the brand’s identity and purpose. The use of Malaysian cultural visuals and Loka Made’s mascot also helps support the brand personality throughout the slides.

The content type analysis is one of the stronger parts of the presentation. You clearly separated product promotion, campaign/seasonal content, and educational content, and you explained how Loka Made’s content is heavily campaign-driven. The distinction between the most common content and strongest content is also clear. It is good that you identified community participation content and event reels as stronger engagement drivers compared to ordinary product promotion.

Your engagement analysis is also well presented. The comparison between strong-performing posts and weaker-performing posts is clear, and the points are easy to understand. It is good that you explained why some posts perform better, such as participation, gamification, real people, BTS process, and audience curiosity. These observations show a good understanding of what makes Loka Made’s audience engage with the brand.

The tone of voice and audience response analysis are also strong. You correctly identified Loka Made’s tone as casual, playful, friendly, informal, and warm. The audience response section also successfully shows that users are interested in events, campaigns, and collectible releases, but sometimes need clearer information about details, availability, and participation. This is a useful insight because it connects directly to the brand’s communication issue.

However, when proposing ideas or future directions, please explain the “why” more clearly. For example, if you suggest behind-the-scenes content, cultural and educational campaigns, or event-based content, explain why these directions are suitable based on your engagement findings. The audience should be able to understand not only what you are suggesting, but also why it is the right direction for Loka Made.

There is also some overlap between Content Gap 2 and Content Gap 4. Both seem to discuss the issue of brand consistency and unified identity. You may combine these points or make the difference clearer. For example, one point can focus on “consistent mascot identity,” while another can focus on “clearer campaign communication system.” This will avoid repetition and make the analysis sharper.

For the SWOT analysis, the points are relevant, but some of the information repeats what was already mentioned earlier in the content gaps, visual analysis, and audience response sections. The SWOT can be shortened and used as a final summary instead of repeating the same details. Try to make each section serve a different purpose: analysis first, then summary, then direction.

Your early campaign opportunity is suitable and has strong potential. The idea of creating dedicated video content around behind-the-scenes, cultural education, and campaign/event moments fits Loka Made very well. It connects to the brand’s strength in illustration, Malaysian culture, storytelling, and community participation. To strengthen this further, you can show more clearly how each content direction solves a specific problem. For example, BTS can build appreciation for the illustration process, cultural education can deepen meaning, and event content can increase participation and community engagement.

Overall, this is a strong presentation with good research, clear analysis, clean design, and a suitable proposed direction. Only minor refinements are needed. Focus on reducing repeated points, explaining the reason behind each proposed idea more clearly, and making the content gaps and SWOT more concise. Good work overall.
