Final Presentation

Team 4: Obesity in Malaysia by Marsya Arisa

Reflection

This semester module has taught me great deal in data gathering & visualization along with teamwork in presentation and infographic including animation. Our Teams was able to ultimately complete our work as each was able fulfill their end of the task delegated to them, simultaneously we communicated & stay in touch together on our work progress via WhatsApp’s & online meeting that help keep our group cohesion.

In this project, the topic research we pick was about Obesity in Malaysia where it delves into the eating habits of Malaysians and How Traditional Foods can be made healthier by choosing better ingredients. This topic about obesity in Malaysia wasn’t widely talk about enough and so we want shed some light on this matter through infographic video advised by our lecturer.

The majority of people believe that healthy eating means that one have to eat dull & unsavory meals, this is in fact not true in the slightest. As in our Video that we created, where we emphasized not only the essential needs of healthy eating, but also including the positives effects on own physical appearance & motivation. During creation process & brainstorming planning sessions, we particularly wanted its be engaging with our audiences where this video is meant for 12 to 18 years old as to inform as well educated them.
